Unfortunately, No. NYS DOT strictly prohibits any sort of movement or animation on LED billboards, as it could be distracting to drivers.

No, you can run your campaign for as short or long as you like, even just for a single day. But remember you're building a brand. Even if you're running just an event, maintaining a minimum level to build your brand will help your next event go better!

Your campaign analytics will show you the number of times your ad has appeared on the billboard. We can also, provide a photo of your ad on the billboard.
